Chat with a Librarian...No Matter Where You Are

You know you can always speak with a librarian in person, but did you know that you can speak with one virtually too?  Sometimes chatting online is easier than by phone, and in today's high-tech society, almost everyone is using chat in some form. That’s why the library offers live chat with a librarian, now available even later than before! Monday-Thursday: 10am-10:30pm, Friday: 10am-5pm, Saturday: 11am-5pm, and Sunday: 9pm-11pm. Ask a question and a real live librarian will be there to answer and keep the conversation going until you've got what you need.

We know sometimes you only have free time to work on assignments at night or on the weekend, which is why we've extended most of our evening hours and will continue to offer a special "After Hours" chat assistance on Sunday nights from 9pm-11pm (even though the library buildings are all closed). You know that paper's due at midnight, so don't delay!

But if you end up missing our chat hours, you can still contact the library by email and receive a response within 24 hours. For all the ways to get in touch with the library, click on the Questions? Ask Us! button from any library web page. If you need answers, we want to hear from you!
