North Las Vegas Campus Library is ringing in the new year with a splash of color thanks to a vibrant art collection. The collection that now adorns the library’s walls is by artist Mary Cady Johnson. The art collection was donated by Ms. Johnson to the College of Southern Nevada, College Art & Image Collection in the 1990s. The art pieces are from the late 1960s, 1970s, and early 1990s and are acrylic paint on canvas. The vivid colors of the pieces both compliment and liven up the library space. We’re looking forward to students enjoying the paintings for many years to come.
