What’s cooking? Maybe you after checking out the cooking and baking resources available at CSN Libraries. In support of the college’s Culinary Arts program, the library collects books and other resources covering food preparation, recipes, and food science. With seasonal gatherings right around the corner, polish up your kitchen skills or showcase your baking chops by using one of the library’s resources.
