Statista is a prolific database that contains over 1 million statistics and covers 80K topics across 170+ industries. Users can search by topic or use Statista’s subject categories to find statistical reports, consumer, and industry reports, as well as global information and data. Thanks to a recent update, accessing the JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments) database is now much easier for CSN students. In the past, all users were required to create a separate JoVE account. Now, all CSN students have to do is sign in using your CSN student ID and Canvas password! What is JoVE? Love Dogs – April 19th, 25th, and 27th What is something that you’ll be able to look forward to when you return to campus after spring break? The Love Dogs coming to visit the libraries! On Tuesday, April 19 th they will be at the Charleston campus library, Monday, April 25 th they will be at the North Las Vegas campus library, and on Wednesday, April 27 th they will be at the Henderson campus. Each visit will take place from noon until 1:30PM. Come and decompress and destress from midterms and before the craziness of final projects and exams takes over. We can’t wait to see you there!
