Studying history allows us to learn from the past and appreciate the present in order to build a better future. In the month of February, as we celebrate Black history and culture, CSN Libraries can help contribute to the conversations by sharing our academic resources on Black history. Sometimes visual media has more impact than words alone, so watching films can be a great way to explore and really start to understand the importance of Black History month. It has been over a year since we last had the Love Dogs come to the library to spread some joy. Since there aren’t many people on campus right now, and with social distancing being a priority, we figured we could have the Love Dogs join us for a virtual event on Friday, February 12th from noon to 1 PM. What could be better than having the Love Dogs with us for a very special Valentine’s event? CSN's One Book, One College (OBOC) program begins its fifth year of bringing the CSN community together by reading and discussing a single book!
